Job Nearly ("hum", "hamara") aapko job dhundaane aur workers hire karne me madad karne ke liye yeh information collect karta hai:

• Registration info: Phone number, naam, role (worker ya employer), password (encrypted)

• Profile info: Skills, experience, daily wage, education, languages, availability, date of birth, gender

• Location info: GPS location (sirf aapki permission se), city, district, state, pincode

• Verification documents: Aadhaar number/photos, PAN, GST, driving license (verification ke liye)

• Employer business info: Company name, type, registration number, authorized representative details

• Payment info: UPI/Razorpay payment records (hum credit/debit card details kabhi store nahi karte)

• Usage data: Applied jobs, saved jobs, chat messages, search history, app usage patterns

• WhatsApp number: Job alerts aur notifications bhejne ke liye (aapke consent se)

GPS location ka istemal sirf "jobs near you" dikhane ke liye hota hai.

• Location sirf tab access hoti hai jab aap permission dete hain — browser/mobile popup me "Allow" dabane par
